We represent members who hold licences to abstract nearly 17 million cubic metres of water annually – and we’re here to ensure that continues in a sustainable, cost-effective and collaborative way.

Norfolk EFF evolved from the Broadland Agricultural Water Abstractors Group, originally founded in 1997. Today, we bring together abstractors across Norfolk’s food and farming sector to protect water access, improve drought resilience, and lead technical planning with evidence-based tools.
We’re governed by a member-led Board and Programme Management Board – and we’re here to serve the common good of our members and the wider environment.
